The Money Medic relies on the information provided by the client. If information is missing, inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or withheld, the quality, timing, and accuracy of bookkeeping or reporting services may be affected.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing their own records, asking questions, and making final business decisions based on their own judgment and professional guidance.

The Money Medic works to organize, clean up, and improve financial records based on the information available.
However, bookkeeping cleanup and financial repair may involve older records, inconsistent data, missing documentation, third-party software issues, client-provided errors, or incomplete historical information.
Because of this, The Money Medic cannot guarantee that all past records can be fully corrected, reconstructed, verified, or restored to perfect accuracy.
The goal of financial repair is to improve clarity, organization, and usefulness of the records to the best extent reasonably possible based on the information available.

If services overlap with Super Dad Tax or another affiliated tax-focused service, those services may be governed by a separate agreement, scope of work, or terms.

If payment fails, is late, disputed, or not received, The Money Medic may pause or stop services until the account is brought current.

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the service, project type, subscription, or agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for completed work, bookkeeping cleanup, financial repair, consulting, setup, catch-up services, and other professional services are non-refundable once work has started.
If a client cancels an active monthly service, the client may still be responsible for any work already performed, pending invoices, or fees agreed to before cancellation.
The Money Medic reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis but is not required to issue a refund unless required by law or written agreement.
